Об’єктом дослідження є процес стратегічного планування розвитку регіону. Предметом дослідження є методичні засади та практичні рекомендації удосконалення стратегічного планування розвитку Харківської області. У кваліфікаційній магістерській роботі: У першому розділі вивчено основи та методичні підходи до стратегічного планування регіонального розвитку; вивчено досвід стратегічного планування розвитку Дніпропетровської області. У другому розділі сформовано комплексну характеристику Харківської області; проаналізовано Стратегію розвитку Харківської області на 2021-2027 роки; проведено дослідження результатів реалізації Стратегії розвитку Харківської області за 2021-2023 роки. У третьому розділі визначено підстави для розробки Програми комплексного відновлення Харківської області; запропоновано грантове забезпечення програм відновлення територій Харківської області; розроблено напрями удосконалення стратегічного планування розвитку Харківської області. The main goal of the qualification (master's) work is the systematization of theoretical provisions and substantiation of practical recommendations regarding the strategic planning of the development of the region. The object of the research is the process of strategic planning of the development of the region. The subject of the study is methodological principles and practical recommendations for improving the strategic planning of the development of the Kharkiv region. In the qualifying master's thesis: In the first chapter, the basics and methodical approaches to strategic planning of regional development are studied; the experience of strategic development planning of the Dnipropetrovsk region was studied. In the second section, a comprehensive description of the Kharkiv region is formed; the Development Strategy of the Kharkiv Region for 2021-2027 was analyzed; a study of the results of the implementation of the Kharkiv Oblast Development Strategy for 2021-2023 was conducted. In the third section, the grounds for the development of the Kharkiv Oblast Comprehensive Recovery Program are defined; proposed grant provision of programs for the restoration of the territories of the Kharkiv region; directions for improving the strategic planning of the development of the Kharkiv region were developed popup.nrat_date 2025-11-21 Close
