Об’єктом дослідження є організація контролінгу на підприємстві сфери туристичного бізнесу. Предметом дослідження є система оперативного контролінгу на підприємстві. У кваліфікаційній (бакалаврській) роботі: У першому розділі опрацьовано теоретичні аспекти стратегічного та оперативного контролінгу в системі управління туристичним підприємством. У другому розділі проведено оцінку розвитку туристичного підприємства у системі контролінгу. Висновки та рекомендації, що містяться в роботі, полягають в узагальненні теоретичних засад з формування та розвитку системи контролінгу на туристичному підприємстві та можуть бути використані з метою вдосконалення процесів управління та контролю туристичних підприємств. The main purpose of the qualification (bachelor's) thesis is to study the theoretical foundations and develop practical proposals for the organization of a controlling system at a tourism enterprise. The object of research is the organization of controlling at the enterprise of the tourism business. The subject of the study is the system of operational controlling at the enterprise. In the qualification (bachelor's) work: The first chapter deals with theoretical aspects of strategic and operational controlling in the management system of a tourism enterprise. The second chapter assesses the development of a tourism enterprise in the controlling system. The conclusions and recommendations contained in the paper are a generalization of the theoretical foundations for the formation and development of a controlling system at a tourism enterprise and can be used to improve the management and control processes of tourism enterprises. popup.nrat_date 2025-11-21 Close
