У кваліфікаційній (бакалаврській) роботі : У першому розділі вивчено сутність поняття «організаційна культура»; систематизовано науково-практичні підходи до формування організаційної культури в підприємствах. У другому розділі сформовано організаційно-управлінську характеристику корпорації «Рошен» та ПрАТ «Київська кондитерська фабрика «Рошен»; проаналізовано організаційну культуру управління корпорації «Рошен»; розроблено напрямки удосконалення організаційної культури управління корпорації «Рошен».
