Предметом дослідження кваліфікаційної роботи є система управління торгово-посередницькою фірмою. Метою кваліфікаційної (магістерської) роботи є вивчення особливостей діяльності торгово-посередницького підприємства та розробці програми з підвищення обсягів збуту продукції на прикладі дистриб'юторської фірми. В кваліфікаційній роботі розглядається вдосконалення управління експортно імпортною діяльністю на підприємстві, як фактор успіху на зовнішньому ринку; організаційний аналіз та сучасний стан процесу управління діяльністю, обґрунтовано необхідність вибору відповідного типу менеджменту та запропоновано алгоритми прийняття управлінських рішень при визначеному типі менеджменту в процесі здійснення зовнішньоекономічної діяльності. Висновки. Організаційна структура управління повністю відповідає господарчій діяльності підприємства, але при запланованому розширені ринків збуту необхідність в збільшені кількості персоналу, введенні нових посад, було докладно розглянуто у третьому розділі. Також, для підвищення дисципліни в процесі здійснення господарчої діяльності підприємства вважаємо за необхідне введення в дію штатного розкладу, правил внутрішнього трудового розпорядку та посадових інструкцій, що в свою чергу позитивно позначиться на фінансово-економічних показниках підприємства.
