Пероноспороз є поширеною хворобою на озимому ріпакові. Протягом 2022–2023 рр. хвороба мала поширеність 20–36 %, ступінь розвитку пероноспорозу складав 9,4–9,6 %. Встановлено вплив агрометеорологічних чинників (опадів, температури) на поширеність і інтенсивність розвитку пероноспорозу озимого ріпаку, що дає можливість в конкретні строки використовувати заходи захисту. Хвороба негативно впливає на кількісні і якісні показники врожаю. Шкідливість хвороби проявляється в зменшенні кількості стручків на рослині, довжині стручка, кількості насінин у стручках, у масі 1000 насінин. Визначено, що при нормі висіву 1,5 млн шт насінин на 1 га поширеність хвороби була в межах 18,0–31,0 % при цьому розвиток хвороби був 6,4–8,8 %, а при нормі висіву 2,0 млн шт насінин на 1 га поширеність хвороби була в межах 23–37 %, а інтенсивність розвитку становила 7,6–10,2 %. Технічна ефективність застосування фунгіциду Амістар Екстра 280 SC к.с. (д. р. 80 г/л ципроконазолу та 200 г/л азоксистробіну) для обмеження розвитку пероноспорозу на озимому ріпаку становила 56,7–66,7 %, при цьому прибавка врожаю складала 0,2 т/га. Окупність додаткових витрат склала 1,65 грн, а рентабельність захисних заходів становить 65 %. On the basis of the experiments carried out in 2022-2023 at the SFG "Revik" of the Zmiiv district of the Kharkiv region, the following conclusions can be drawn. Downy mildew is a common disease of winter rapeseed. During 2022–2023, the prevalence of the disease was 20–36%, the degree of downy mildew development was 9.4–9.6%. The impact of agrometeorological factors (precipitation, temperature) on the prevalence and intensity of downy mildew development of winter rape has been established, which makes it possible to use protection measures in specific periods. The disease negatively affects the quantitative and qualitative indicators of the harvest. The harmfulness of the disease is manifested in the reduction of the number of pods on the plant, the length of the pod, the number of seeds in the pods, and the weight of 1000 seeds. It was determined that at a sowing rate of 1.5 million seeds per 1 ha, the prevalence of the disease was in the range of 18.0–31.0%, while the development of the disease was 6.4–8.8%, and at a sowing rate of 2.0 million of seeds per 1 ha, the prevalence of the disease was in the range of 23–37%, and the intensity of development was 7.6–10.2%. Technical effectiveness of the fungicide Amistar Extra 280 SC k.s. (per year: 80 g/l of cyproconazole and 200 g/l of azoxystrobin) to limit the development of downy mildew on winter rape was 56.7–66.7%, while the yield increase was 0.2 t/ha.
