Предмет дослідження− теоретичні та практичні засади ефективності управління персоналом на державних підприємствах. Метою дослідження є визначення ефективності кадрового забезпечення державних підприємств. В першому розділі розглянуті теоретичні основи формування кадрів в державній службі, визначені правові аспекти діяльності кадрового забезпечення. У другому розділі роботи проаналізована кадрова система державної служби. В третьому розділі визначені шляхи удосконалення системи кадрового менеджменту. The object of the study is the process of regulating the staffing of public services. The subject of research is the theoretical and practical principles of the effectiveness of personnel management at state-owned enterprises. The purpose of the study is to determine the efficiency of staffing of state owned enterprises. In the first chapter, the theoretical foundations of the formation of personnel in the civil service are considered, and the legal aspects of personnel support activities are defined. The personnel system of the civil service is analyzed in the second section of the work.
