В умовах глобалізації зростають вимоги до якості обслуговування споживачів, що викликає необхідність удосконалення системи управління якістю та ефективністю торговельного обслуговування в таких нових формах як міжнародні торговельні транснаціональні корпорації, центри та мережі. Мета роботи полягає у дослідженні питань управління розвитком торговельних транснаціональних корпорацій та торговельних мереж в Україні. Розглянуто теоретичні аспекти формування конкурентоспроможності торговельних мереж, проаналізовано сучасний стан та тенденції функціонування торговельних мереж в Україні та запропоновано напрями розвитку досліджуваної торговельної мережі. У роботі використано методи аналізу та синтезу; порівняльний аналіз; статистичні та матричні методи, методи декомпозиції та лінійного програмування з використанням ІТ-технологій Intensification of competition in the market of trade services and strengthening of consumer demands for the quality of services lead to changes in trade management, significant development of transnational corporations, trade networks and trade and entertainment centers that are actively developing in all countries. In the conditions of globalization, the requirements for the quality of customer service are increasing, which makes it necessary to improve the management system of the quality and efficiency of trade service in such new forms as international trade transnational corporations, centers and networks. The purpose of the work is to study issues of managing the development of trade transnational corporations and trade networks in Ukraine. The theoretical aspects of the formation of the competitiveness of trade networks are considered, the current state and trends of the functioning of trade networks in Ukraine are analyzed, and directions for the development of the studied trade network are proposed.
