Управління асортиментом передбачає спосіб роботи, заснований на постійному пошуку нових можливостей, здатний залучати і використовувати ресурси з різних джерел для вирішення завдань, прагнучи підвищити ефективність діяльності. У кваліфікаційній роботі досліджено науково-теоретичні засади формування асортиментної політики суб’єкта господарювання, наданий аналіз товарного асортименту суб’єкта господарювання, а також надана оцінка ефективності заходів оптимізації асортиментної політики. Пропозиції та рекомендації, що подані в роботі, дозволять суб’єктам господарювання самостійно здійснювати оцінку товарного асортименту; обґрунтувати заходи з покращення структури асортименту продукції з позицій попиту та економічної ефективності; оцінювати економічну ефективність заходів з оптимізації асортиментної політики підприємства. Сформульовані в кваліфікаційній роботі теоретичні узагальнення та практичні рекомендації спрямовані на процес управління асортиментною політикою підприємства. In the qualification work, the scientific and theoretical foundations of the formation of the assortment policy of the economic entity were investigated, the analysis of the product assortment of the economic entity was provided, as well as the assessment of the effectiveness of the optimization measures of the assortment policy was provided. The reality of the proposals. The proposals and recommendations presented in the work will allow business entities to independently evaluate the product range; justify measures to improve the structure of the product assortment from the standpoint of demand and economic efficiency; evaluate the economic efficiency of measures to optimize the assortment policy of the enterprise.
