Розкрито теоретичні, методичні та практичні аспекти категорії якості, методичні підходи до її вимірювання, інституційне забезпечення дотримання стандартів якості зернової продукції, управління формуванням якості зернової продукції у господарстві. Виявлено залежність ефективності діяльності підприємства від ефективності галузі зерновиробництва та дотримання стандартів якості зернової продукції. Обґрунтовано складові ефективності виробництва зерна та умови формування якості зернової продукції у господарстві. Запропоновано заходи з управління формуванням якості зернової продукції: захист посівів зернових від клопа-черепашки; альтернативні види сушіння та зберігання зерна; удосконалення маркетиногової діяльності підприємства при формуванні ринку зернових. The qualification work presents the results of research on the problem of the formation of the quality of grain products. The theoretical, methodical and practical aspects of the quality category, methodical approaches to its measurement, institutional assurance of compliance with the quality standards of grain products, management of the formation of the quality of grain products in the economy are revealed. The dependence of the efficiency of the enterprise on the efficiency of the grain production industry and compliance with grain product quality standards was revealed. The components of the efficiency of grain production and the conditions for the formation of the quality of grain products in the economy are substantiated. Measures for managing the formation of the quality of grain products are proposed: protection of grain crops from the turtle bug; alternative types of grain drying and storage; improvement of the enterprise's marketing activities in the formation of the grain market. popup.nrat_date 2025-11-21 Close
