Розглянуто: зміст понять: «ресурсний потенціал», «потенціал»», «структура ресурсного потенціалу». Визначено особливості функціонування ресурсного потенціалу на прикладі сільськогосподарського підприємства в умовах агарного менеджменту; проведено аналіз системи управління ресурсним потенціалом на об’єкті дослідження, зроблена оцінка земельних, людських, фінансованих та матеріальних ресурсів у досліджуваному господарстві; розроблена модель управління ресурсним потенціалом для сільськогосподарського підприємства, яка базується на теоретичних засадах процесу операційного менеджменту і характеризує технологічність прийняття управлінських рішень; розроблено пропозиції з удосконалення ресурсного потенціалу для об’єкта дослідження. The work defines the purpose of scientific and practical research, formulates the tasks of its achievement based on a systematic approach to solving the current production problem of improving the management of the use of the resource potential of an agricultural enterprise. Considered: the content of the concepts: "resource potential", "potential", "structure of resource potential". The peculiarities of the functioning of the resource potential are determined on the example of an agricultural enterprise in the conditions of agricultural management; an analysis of the resource potential management system at the research object was carried out, an assessment of land, human, financial and material resources in the studied economy was made; a resource potential management model for an agricultural enterprise has been developed, which is based on the theoretical principles of the operational management process and characterizes the technological nature of management decision-making; proposals for improving the resource potential for the research object were developed. popup.nrat_date 2025-11-21 Close
