В сучасних умовах раціональна організація виробництва молока передбачає знаходження таких оптимальних організаційних рішень в галузі, які дозволяють отримати результат, що характеризується економічною, технологічною та соціальною ефективністю. Раціональна організація виробництва молока в сільськогосподарських підприємствах є основою ефективного функціонування всього молокопродуктового підкомплексу. Складовим чинником підвищення економічної ефективності виробництва молока є інвестиційна політика як один з інструментів досягнення стратегічного розвитку країни в цілому та окремих галузей, у тому числі молочного скотарства Improvement of the organization of milk production in PE "Agroservice-SG" of Novovodolaz district, Kharkiv region. The level of profitability of the dairy industry does not ensure its extended reproduction. A large number of various valuable food and technical dairy products are produced from milk. In modern conditions, the rational organization of milk production involves finding such optimal organizational solutions in the industry that allow obtaining a result characterized by economic, technological and social efficiency. The rational organization of milk production in agricultural enterprises is the basis of the effective functioning of the entire dairy sub-complex.
