Зроблено теоретичне обґрунтування проблеми дослідження, проаналізовано стан та сучасні тенденції розвитку системи організації управлінської праці з урахуванням комплексу методів дослідження. На основі аналізу складових системи організації управлінської праці визначено напрями її подальшого удосконалення, які стосуються підвищення рівня регламентації функцій менеджменту, впровадження дієвих організаційно-економічних нормативів, покращення систем планування та інформаційного забезпечення, оснащення робочих місць сучасними засобами оргтехніки, удосконалення організаційної структури управління та нормативно-правової бази досліджуваного підприємства. The work presents the results of scientific and practical research on the improvement of the system of management labor organization of an agricultural enterprise. The theoretical justification of the research problem was made, the state and modern trends of the development of the management labor organization system were analyzed, taking into account the complex of research methods. Based on the analysis of the components of the management labor organization system, directions for its further improvement have been determined, which relate to increasing the level of regulation of management functions, implementing effective organizational and economic standards, improving planning and information support systems, equipping workplaces with modern office equipment, improving the organizational structure of management and regulatory the legal basis of the investigated enterprise. popup.nrat_date 2025-11-21 Close
