Об’єктом дослідження є процес управління ресурсним забезпеченням підприємств в контексті їх інноваційної діяльності. Предметом дослідження є управлінські, організаційні та економічні відносини, що виникають у процесі ресурсного забезпечення управління інноваційною діяльністю. Наукова новизна дослідження полягає в отриманні певних наукових висновків та практичних рекомендацій, які розкривають перспективи вдосконалення ресурсного забезпечення управління інноваційною діяльністю в умовах невизначеності. У кваліфікаційній (магістерській) роботі: - проаналізовано основні аспекти дослідження ресурсного забезпечення, визначено його роль у формуванні інноваційної політики підприємства; - визначено ключові фактори, що впливають на ефективність ресурсного забезпечення управління інноваційною діяльністю; - висвітлено змістовні аспекти ресурсного забезпечення, включаючи фінансові, людські, матеріальні та інші ресурси; - викладено методологію аналізу змісту ресурсного забезпечення інноваційного менеджменту, яка може служити базою для досліджень у цій сфері; - проведено аналіз сучасного стану інноваційної діяльності, виявлено ключові тенденції та проблеми. - запропоновано підходи до вирішення актуальних завдань управління інноваційною діяльністю; - проаналізовано зарубіжний досвід ресурсного забезпечення управління інноваційною діяльністю та виділено ключові елементи, які можна впроваджувати в українських умовах; - досліджено інноваційний розвиток України в повоєнний період та запропоновано напрями для підвищення інноваційної активності та конкурентоспроможності країни The main objective of the Master's thesis is to explore the theoretical foundations and practical aspects of ensuring the management of innovation activities from the perspective of a resource approach. The research focuses on the process of managing the resource provision of enterprises in the context of their innovation activities. The study delves into managerial, organizational, and economic relationships that arise in the process of resource provision for managing innovation activities. The scientific novelty of the research lies in obtaining specific scientific conclusions and practical recommendations that reveal prospects for improving the resource provision of innovation management in conditions of uncertainty. In the qualification (master's) thesis: - the fundamental aspects of researching resource provision are analyzed, determining its role in shaping the enterprise's innovation policy; - key factors influencing the effectiveness of resource provision for managing innovation activities are identified; - substantial aspects of resource provision are highlighted, including financial, human, material, and other resources; - the methodology for analyzing the content of resource provision in innovation management is presented, serving as a basis for further research in this field; - an analysis of the current state of innovation activities is conducted, identifying key trends and problems; - approaches to addressing current challenges in managing innovation activities are proposed; - foreign experience in resource provision for managing innovation activities is analyzed, highlighting key elements applicable in ukrainian conditions; - the post-war innovation development of Ukraine is studied, and directions for enhancing the country's innovation activity and competitiveness are proposed popup.nrat_date 2025-11-21 Close
