Об’єктом дослідження є процес професійного розвитку персоналу підпри ємства. Предметом дослідження є теоретичні та методичні підходи до професій ного розвитку персоналу. Наукова новизна результатів роботи полягає у комплексному теоретичному обґрунтуванні та розробці практичних рекомендацій щодо розробки плану про фесійного розвитку персоналу торговельного підприємства. В кваліфікаційній роботі: у першому розділі розглянуто теоретичні аспекти професійного розвитку персоналу: необхідність, характеристика сучасних мето дів, зарубіжний досвід; у другому розділі надано організаційно-економічну хара ктеристику торговельного підприємства; оцінка ефективності праці персоналу та його професійного розвитку; обґрунтовано план професійного розвитку персо налу. Висновки містять теоретичні узагальнення і практичні рекомендації, що опрацьовані в основній частині роботи. The main goal of the qualification work is theoretical substantiation and development of recommendations for the professional development of the personnel of the trade enterprise. The object of the study is the process of professional development of the company's personnel. The subject of the research is theoretical and methodical approaches to the professional development of personnel. The scientific novelty of the results of the work consists in the complex theoretical justification and development of practical recommendations for the development of a plan for the professional development of the personnel of the trading enterprise. In the qualification work: in the first chapter, the theoretical aspects of the professional development of personnel are considered: necessity, characteristics of modern methods, foreign experience; the second section provides the organizational and economic characteristics of the trading enterprise; assessment of personnel efficiency and professional development; the plan for the professional development of the personnel is substantiated.
