Об’єктом дослідження є підвищення ефективності управління галуззю рослинництва. Предметом дослідження є теоретичні, аналітико-дослідницькі та рекомендаційні аспекти проблеми вдосконалення управління ефективністю галузі рослинництва в Україні. Наукова новизна результатів роботи полягає у рекомендуванні використовувати підходи та технології для підвищення ефективності управління галуззю рослинництва, такі як: технології зв’язку, дистанційне керування технікою та процесами з IoT, збереження та обробка даних, точне землеробство, дрони, RTK-технологія, штучний інтелект, вертикальне землеробство, аграрні біотехнології, аграрна робототехніка. У кваліфікаційній (бакалаврській) роботі: У першому розділі автором розглянуті теоретичні, методичні та прикладні засади управління ефективністю діяльності аграрних підприємств У другому розділі проаналізовано стан галуззі рослинництва та перспективи вдосконалення ефективності управління на основі проведеного SWOT-аналізу. Висновки, розглянуті та рекомендовані підходи та технології для підвищення ефективності управління галуззю рослинництва в Україні. The main purpose of the qualification (master's) work is is the identification of prospects for improving the management of the efficiency of the crop production industry and the identification of ways to increase it in Ukraine. The object of research is there is an increase in the efficiency of plant production management. The subject of research is there are theoretical, analytical-research and recommendation aspects of the problem of improving the management of the efficiency of the crop production industry in Ukraine. The scientific novelty of the work results lies in results of the work consists in recommending the use of approaches and technologies to increase the efficiency of management of the crop industry, such as: communication technologies, remote control of equipment and processes with IoT, data storage and processing, precision agriculture, drones, RTK technology, artificial intelligence, vertical agriculture, agricultural biotechnology, agricultural robotics. In the qualifying master's thesis: In the first section, the author considered the theoretical, methodical and applied principles of managing the efficiency of agricultural enterprises. In the second section, the state of the crop production industry and prospects for improving management efficiency were analyzed based on the SWOT analysis.
