Об’єктом дослідження є процес управління якістю трудових ресурсів. Предметом дослідження – соціально-економічні відносини, що виникають в процесі управління якістю трудових ресурсів. Наукова новизна дослідження полягає в обґрунтуванні шляхів удосконалення управління якістю трудових ресурсів, що включають теоретико-методологічний базис і практичний інструментарій, застосовні для спрямованого управлінського впливу на трудові ресурси і дозволяє забезпечити досягнення поставлених цілей управління якістю. У кваліфікаційній (магістерській) роботі: - в першому розділі досліджено теоретичні основи управління якістю трудових ресурсів: - в другому розділі проаналізовано показники, які формують якість трудових ресурсів. - в третьому розділі обґрунтовано напрями удосконалення управління якістю трудових ресурсів. Висновки: практичне значення дослідження полягає в тому, що застосування у господарській діяльності наведених методик та інструментів (зокрема, методика діагностики якості трудових ресурсів та методика самоаналізу якості трудових ресурсів) дозволяє підприємствам посилити кадрову та інноваційну політику, підвищити конкурентоспроможність. The object of the research is the process of managing the quality of human resources. The subject of the research is the socio-economic relations that arise in the process of managing the quality of human resources. The scientific novelty of the study lies in substantiating ways to improve the management of the quality of human resources, including the theoretical and methodological framework and practical tools applicable for targeted managerial influence on human resources, allowing the achievement of quality management objectives. In the qualification (master's) thesis: - the first chapter explores the theoretical foundations of quality management of human resources; - the second chapter analyzes the indicators that shape the quality of human resources; - the third chapter justifies the directions for improving the management of the quality of human resources.
