Вона включає 4 розділи, 3 таблиці, 30 рисунків, список з 15 використаних джерел та презентаційний матеріал на окремих аркушах. Метою даної роботи є розробка та дослідження автоматизованої системи керування лінією гранулювання. Під час виконання кваліфікаційної роботи були використані основні знання про сучасні компоненти ліній гранулювання, основні підходи до автоматизації керування технологічним процесом, а також комп'ютерні програми для реалізації розробленого алгоритму та розробки програмного забезпечення для керування. У результаті роботи було розроблено та втілено алгоритм керування гранулятором у програмному середовищі. Використання цього алгоритму дозволить суттєво оптимізувати технологічний процес гранулювання з точки зору якості кінцевого продукту та економії ресурсів під час виробництва. The bachelor's qualification work consists of an explanatory note, which is produced on printing equipment on 58 sheets of A4 format. It includes 4 sections, 3 tables, 30 figures, a list of used sources and presentation material on separate sheets. The purpose of this work is the development and research of an automated granulation line control system. During the qualification work, basic knowledge about modern components of granulation lines, basic approaches to automation of technological process control, as well as computer programs for implementation of the developed algorithm and development of control software were used. As a result of the work, the granulator control algorithm was developed and implemented in the software environment. The use of this algorithm will significantly optimize the technological process of granulation from the point of view of the quality of the final product and the saving of resources during production. popup.nrat_date 2025-11-21 Close
