Об’єктом дослідження є процес формування та реалізації державної політики у сфері продовольчої безпеки України. Предметом дослідження є сукупність теоретичних, методичних та практичних положень щодо формування ефективної продовольчої політики держави. Наукова новизна одержаних результатів полягає в обґрунтуванні базових позицій формування державної та місцевої політики в сфері забезпечення продовольчої безпеки в Україні в умовах воєнного стану та в перспективі післявоєнної відбудови. У кваліфікаційній роботі: У першому розділі розглядаються сутність та підходи до формування продовольчої безпеки країни, повноваження державних органів влади та нормативно-правове забезпечення щодо формування та реалізації продовольчої політики в Україні. У другому розділі проаналізовано методичні підходи до оцінки продовольчої безпеки країни, тенденції формування внутрішнього продовольчого ринку та самозабезпеченості основними видами продовольчих товарів України. У третьому розділі розглянуті інституційні аспекти гарантування продовольчої безпеки на міжнародному та національному рівнях Висновки підсумовують результати дослідження щодо напрямів удосконалення державної політики в галузі продовольчого забезпечення в умовах військового стану та післявоєнної відбудови. The main purpose of the qualification work is to substantiate and deepen the theoretical and methodological foundations and develop practical recommendations for the formation of state policy in the field of food security of Ukraine. The object of the study is the process of formation and implementation of the state policy in the field of food security of Ukraine. The subject of the study is a set of theoretical, methodological and practical provisions for the formation of an effective food policy of the state. The scientific novelty of the results obtained is to substantiate the basic positions of the formation of state and local policy in the field of food security in Ukraine under martial law and in the prospect of post-war reconstruction. The qualification paper: The first section discusses the essence and approaches to the formation of food security in the country, the powers of state authorities and the regulatory framework for the formation and implementation of food policy in Ukraine. The second section analyses methodological approaches to assessing the country's food security, trends in the formation of the domestic food market and self sufficiency in the main types of food products in Ukraine. The third section discusses institutional aspects of food security at the international and national levels.
