Розроблені методи підвищення якості очищення стічних вод ПАТ «Запорізький автомобілебудівний завод» щоб уникнути сплати штрафів та для повторного використання очищеної води. Вода є невід'ємним елементом технологічного процесу підприємства. На ПАТ «Запорізький автомобілебудівний завод» у цеху алюмінієвого лиття (ЦАЛ) вода використовується для промивання деталей. Після використання ця вода скидається на очисні спорудження виробничих стоків ПАТ «Запорізький автомобілебудівний завод». Однак якість даних стічних вод не відповідає нормативам на скидання у виробничу каналізацію, вона має значні перевищення допустимих концентрацій по нафтопродуктах, механічних домішках, іонів важких металів та ін. The paper analyzed the discharge of wastewater exceeding the MPC, which increases the overall load on sewage treatment plants, has a negative impact on the reservoirs of the city of Zaporizhzhia, and the environment as a whole. Methods of improving the quality of wastewater treatment at Zaporizhzhya Automobile Plant PJSC have been developed to avoid paying fines and to reuse purified water. Water is an integral element of the enterprise's technological process. At PJSC Zaporizhzhya Automobile Plant, water is used for washing parts in the aluminum casting shop (CAL). After use, this water is discharged to the industrial wastewater treatment facilities of PJSC "Zaporizhsky Automobile Plant".
