The work examines the evolution of views on the essence of personnel motivation, reveals the content of the main forms and methods of motivation, and conducts an analysis of the methodology of studying motivational behavior of personnel. In accordance with the set goal, an analysis of the financial and economic indicators of the enterprise was carried out, which made it possible to more fully characterize the results of its activity, the efficiency of the use of personnel and working conditions. Based on the analysis of the existing labor motivation system, it was proposed to implement measures that will lead to the creation of an effective motivational environment at the enterprise.
