Розглянуто: зміст поняття «кадри», «кадровий потенціал», «структура кадрового потенціалу», особливості діяльності управлінських кадрів та система управління ними; проведено аналіз системи управління кадровим потенціалом на об’єкті дослідження, зроблена оцінка професійних, організаторських та особистих якостей керівників і спеціалістів господарства; визначені напрями удосконалення системи управління кадрами сільськогосподарського підприємства; розроблено пропозиції з удосконалення методів управління кадровим потенціалом для об’єкта дослідження. The work defines the goal of scientific and practical research, formulates the tasks of its achievement based on a comprehensive approach to solving the current problem of improving the system of managing the personnel potential of an agricultural enterprise. Considered: the meaning of the concept of "personnel", "personnel potential", "structure of personnel potential", features of management personnel and their management system; an analysis of the personnel potential management system at the research object was carried out, an assessment was made of the professional, organizational and personal qualities of managers and specialists of the farm; defined areas of improvement of the personnel management system of the agricultural enterprise; proposals for improving the methods of personnel potential management for the research object were developed. popup.nrat_date 2025-11-21 Close
