В роботі приділяється увага визначенню комплексу показників діяльності приватного підприємства, які найбільш детально розкривають сучасний стан та визначають стратегічні напрямки розвитку на зовнішніх ринках України. Мета дослідження стратегічного потенціалу підприємства – підвищення ефективності його роботи на основі системного вивчення всіх видів діяльності та узагальнення його результатів; визначення, подолання та попередження кризових явищ на підприємстві. Предметом дослідження вивчення стратегічного потенціалу приватного підприємства являється аналіз виробничих і економічних результатів, фінансового стану, результатів соціального розвитку і використання трудових ресурсів, стану і використання основних фондів, витрат на виробництво і реалізацію продукції ( робіт, послуг), оцінку ефективності. Об`єктом дослідження являється стратегічний потенціал підприємства. The relevance of those qualifications of work is due to the fact that in the practical activity of business, as we hope culturally - the development of the services of diagnostics of yoga potential is not carried out systematically, but only if the threat of a crisis situation is real. In the work, respect is attached to the complex of demonstrations of the activities of private business, as the most detailed description of the current camp and the strategic direction of development in the foreign markets of Ukraine. Meta-advancement of the strategic potential of entrepreneurship - improvement of the efficiency of yogo work on the basis of a systemic development of all types of activities and the recognition of yogo results; appointment, support, and prevention of crisis manifestations at the undertaking. The subject of further development of the strategic potential of private entrepreneurship is the analysis of production and economic results, financial status, results of social development and the development of labor resources, the development and development of fixed assets, investment in production and sales of products (robit, services), evaluation of efficiency.
