Об’єктом дослідження є обґрунтування стратегічних напрямків розвитку підприємства сфери туристичного бізнесу. Предметом дослідження є стратегічне управління на підприємстві. У кваліфікаційній (бакалаврській) роботі: У першому розділі опрацьовано теоретичні аспекти впровадження стратегічного менеджменту на підприємствах як прогресивний напрямок їх розвитку. У другому розділі проведено діагностику розвитку туристичного підприємства. Висновки та рекомендації, що містяться в роботі, полягають в узагальненні теоретичних засад з формування стратегії розвитку підприємства сфери туристичного бізнесу та обґрунтуванні пропозицій щодо вибору стратегічного напряму розвитку підприємства. The main purpose of the qualification (bachelor's) thesis is to study the theoretical foundations and develop practical recommendations for determining the directions of strategic development of the enterprise in the field of tourism business. The object of research is to substantiate the strategic directions of development of the enterprise in the field of tourism business. The subject of the study is strategic management at the enterprise. In the qualification (bachelor's) work: The first chapter deals with theoretical aspects of the implementation of strategic management in enterprises as a progressive direction of their development. The second chapter analyzes the development of a tourism enterprise.
