Об’єктом дослідження є економічні процеси управління інноваційними проектами діяльності хлібопекарських підприємств. Предметом дослідження є сукупність теоретичних, методичних і практичних положень управління інноваційними проектами діяльності хлібопекарських підприємств. У першому розділі досліджено засади управління інноваційними проектами підприємств хлібопекарської галузі. У другому розділі проаналізовано стан і проблеми впровадження управління інноваційними проектами підприємств хлібопекарської галузі. У третьому розділі запропоновано розробку інноваційних проектів діяльності хлібопекарських підприємств як напрям підвищення ефективності їх інноваційної діяльності. Теоретична та практична значимість дослідження полягає в можливості використання теоретичних положень, рекомендацій та висновків, викладених у роботі підприємств хлібопекарської галузі в процесі управління інноваційними проектами діяльності, при розробці галузевих рекомендацій, а також у навчальному процесі слухачів при вивченні питань управління інноваційною діяльністю підприємств, зокрема хлібопекарської галузі. The main goal of the qualification (master's) work is the substantiation of theoretical and methodological principles and the development of conceptual approaches to project management of bakery enterprises. The object of the study is the economic processes of management of innovative projects of bakery enterprises. The subject of the research is a set of theoretical, methodical and practical provisions for managing innovative projects of bakery enterprises. The first chapter examines the principles of managing innovative projects of enterprises in the bakery industry. In the second chapter, the state and problems of the implementation of management of innovative projects of enterprises in the bakery industry are analyzed. In the third section, the development of innovative projects of bakery enterprises is proposed as a direction of increasing the efficiency of their innovative activities. The theoretical and practical significance of the study lies in the possibility of using the theoretical provisions, recommendations and conclusions presented in the work of enterprises in the bakery industry in the process of managing innovative activity projects, in the development of industry recommendations, as well as in the educational process of students in the study of issues of management of innovative activities of enterprises, in particular in the bakery industry. popup.nrat_date 2025-11-21 Close
