Об’єктом дослідження є технологія прийняття управлінських рішень в підприємствах. Предметом дослідження є теоретичні, науково-методичні та практичні положення щодо удосконалення технології прийняття управлінських рішень на підприємствах. Наукова новизна результатів роботи полягає у комплексному теоретичному обґрунтуванні та розробці практичних рекомендацій щодо удосконалення технології прийняття управлінських рішень. В кваліфікаційній роботі: у першому розділі розглянуто теоретичні аспекти прийняття управлінських рішень в організації, а саме роль та місце управлінських рішень в системі управління організацією та технологію процесу прийняття управлінських рішень; у другому розділі надано організаційно-економічну характеристику торговельного підприємства, проведено оцінку ефективності управлінських рішень на підприємстві, обґрунтовано напрями удосконалення технології прийняття управлінських рішень на основі вибору типу менеджменту та відповідного йому алгоритму. Висновки містять теоретичні узагальнення і практичні рекомендації, що опрацьовані в основній частині роботи. The main goal of the qualification work is the theoretical substantiation and development of recommendations for improving the management decision-making technology. The object of research is the technology of management decision-making in enterprises. The subject of the research is theoretical, scientific-methodical and practical provisions regarding the improvement of the technology of management decision making at enterprises. The scientific novelty of the work results lies in the complex theoretical justification and development of practical recommendations for improving the technology of management decision-making. In the qualification work: the first chapter examines the theoretical aspects of management decision-making in the organization, namely the role and place of management decisions in the management system of the organization and the technology of the management decision-making process; in the second section, the organizational and economic characteristics of the trading enterprise are provided, the effectiveness of management decisions at the enterprise is evaluated, the directions for improving the management decision-making technology based on the choice of management type and the corresponding algorithm are substantiated.
