На основі цього розкрито питання сутності та змісту кадрової політики сучасного підприємства, її основних складових і завдань. Виявлено фактори, що впливають на формування та реалізацію кадрової політики, визначено основні етапи її створення та принципи функціонування. Встановлено вимоги щодо формування ефективної кадрової політики підприємства. Розкрито питання основних проблем формування ефективної кадрової політики та запропоновано можливі шляхи їх вирішення. The qualifying thesis examines the process of formation and implementation of an effective personnel policy at Ukrainian enterprises under modern conditions of market development. On the basis of this, the issue of the essence and content of the personnel policy of a modern enterprise, its main components and tasks, is revealed. Factors influencing the formation and implementation of personnel policy were identified, the main stages of its creation and the principles of its operation were determined. The requirements for the formation of an effective personnel policy of the enterprise have been established.
