Об'єктом дослідження в кваліфікаційній роботі є процес визначення організаційних можливостей торговельного підприємства на зовнішніх ринках. Предметом дослідження кваліфікаційної роботи є визначення організаційних можливостей торговельного підприємства. Завдання дослідження кваліфікаційної роботи: – дослідити сучасні підходи до вивчення асортиментної політики підприємства; – визначити організаційні можливості формування асортиментної політики підприємства; – проаналізувати тенденції розвитку приватного підприємства: – аналіз асортиментної структури пропозиції –визначити системний підхід до аналізу фінансово-господарської діяльності підприємства. Метою кваліфікаційної роботи є формування професійного мислення у області створення системи управління на зовнішніх ринку продовольчими товарами The relevance of the topic of qualification work is due to the fact that at the current stage of enterprise development there is a need to determine new directions of organizational opportunities for maintaining competitive advantages in the food market. The object of research in the qualification work is the process of determining the organizational capabilities of a trading enterprise in foreign markets. Tasks of the research of the qualification work: – to investigate modern approaches to the study of the assortment policy of the enterprise; - to determine the organizational possibilities of forming the assortment policy of the enterprise; – to analyze the development trends of a private enterprise: - analysis of the assortment structure of the offer - to determine a systematic approach to the analysis of the financial and economic activity of the enterprise.
