Об’єктом дослідження є сукупність відносин, що складаються в системі уп равління підприємством в процесі формування та функціонування керівника-лі дера. Предметом дослідження є теоретичні та методичні підходи до розвитку ліде рства в управлінні торговельним підприємством. Наукова новизна результатів роботи полягає у комплексному теоретичному обґрунтуванні та розробці практичних рекомендацій щодо підвищення ефективно сті діяльності торговельного підприємства шляхом розвитку лідерських якостей ке рівника. В кваліфікаційній роботі: у першому розділі розглянуто теоретичні аспекти лідерства в управлінській діяльності, визначено основні ознаки ефективного ліде рства; у другому розділі надано організаційно-економічну характеристику торгове льного підприємства та проведено дослідження лідерства в управлінні торговель ним підприємством та основі отриманих результатів з урахуванням організаційних особливостей діяльності торговельного підприємства, запропоновано методику підвищення ефективності діяльності підприємства шляхом розвитку лідерських якостей керівника. Запропоновано управлінський план формування лідерських якостей керівника торговельного підприємства. Висновки містять теоретичні узагальнення і практичні рекомендації, що опра цьовані в основній частині роботи. The main goal of the qualification work is theoretical substantiation and development of recommendations for the development of leadership qualities of the managers of the trading company in order to improve management efficiency. The object of the study is the set of relationships that are formed in the management system of the enterprise in the process of formation and functioning of the manager leader. The subject of the study is theoretical and methodical approaches to the development of leadership in the management of a trading enterprise. The scientific novelty of the results of the work consists in the complex theoretical justification and development of practical recommendations for increasing the effectiveness of the trade enterprise by developing the leadership qualities of the manager. In the qualification work: the first chapter examines the theoretical aspects of leadership in managerial activity, defines the main signs of effective leadership; in the second chapter, the organizational and economic characteristics of a trading enterprise are given and a study of leadership in the management of a trading enterprise and the basis of the obtained results, taking into account the organizational features of the trading enterprise's activity, a method of increasing the efficiency of the enterprise's activity through the development of the leader's leadership qualities is proposed. A management plan for the formation of leadership qualities of the manager of a trading enterprise is proposed.
