Особливий інтерес має джерело біофлавоноїдів -- екстракт зеленого чаю (ЕЗЧ), одним із компонентів якого є ECGC-епігаллокатехін 3-галлат. Встановлено, що флавоноїдні сполуки зеленого чаю мають Р-вітамінну активність, яка проявляється у зміцненні стінок кровоносних капілярів, збільшенні їх пружності, нормалізації порушеної проникності судин. Катехіни з орто розташованими оксигрупами епікатехін і епікатехінгаллат мають більшу активність. The results of modern studies of evidence-based medicine testify to the positive effect of biologically active minor components usage. Particular interest is the source of bioflavonoids - green tea extract (EGE), one of it's components is ECGC-epigallocatechin 3-gallate. It has been established that green tea flavonoid compounds have P-vitamin activity, which is manifested in strengthening the walls of blood capillaries, increasing their elasticity, and normalizing impaired permeability of blood vessels.
