За результатами досліджень внутрішнього й зовнішнього середовища на основі аналізу конкурентного середовища обґрунтована концепція готелю, розроблено виробничу програму закладу ресторанного господарства «Лелека» при готелі. Визначена площа приміщень різного функціонального призначення при готелі й розрахована загальна площа об’єкту. Визначено інженерно-будівельний рішення об’єкта, розміщення в містобудівній структурі, охарактеризовано конструктивну схему й інженерні системи. Розроблені пропозиції з дизайну готелю й закладів ресторанного господарства. Розроблені заходи щодо раціонального використання тепло енергоресурсів, охорони праці, техніки безпеки при експлуатації закладу. Складені організаційно-юридичний і фінансовий плани, оцінені капіталовкладення, окупність інвестиційного проекту. Розрахована конкурентоспроможність інноваційних готельних послуг. Готель на 10номерів має передумови для підвищення конкурентоспроможності готельних послуг за рахунок: вигідного географічного положення; оригінальності послуг; доступності здорового відпочинку; висококваліфікованих кадрів. The purpose of the work: research of the current state and development prospects innovative activities of the hotel industry in Kharkiv. The object of this study: the hotel industry of Ukraine. Research subject: innovative opportunities in the hotel industry economy of Ukraine. The work substantiates the form of establishment of the hotel, the contingent of consumers, the list and features of the services provided. According to the results of research of the internal and external environment, based on the analysis of the competitive environment, the concept of the hotel is substantiated, and the production program of the Leleka restaurant at the hotel is developed. The area of rooms with different functional purposes at the hotel was determined and the total area of the object was calculated. The engineering and construction solution of the object, its placement in the urban planning structure, the structural scheme and engineering systems were characterized. Design proposals for hotels and restaurants have been developed. Measures have been developed for the rational use of heat and energy resources, labor protection, and safety equipment during the operation of the facility. Organizational, legal and financial plans were drawn up, capital investments were assessed, and the payback of the investment project was assessed. Calculated competitiveness of innovative hotel services.
