Об’єктом дослідження є удосконалення процесу управління інноваційним розвитком торговельної компанії. Предметом дослідження є теоретичні та практичні підходи до удосконалення процесу управління інноваційним розвитком торговельної компанії. У кваліфікаційній (бакалаврській) роботі: У першому розділі всебічно вивчено сутність та особливості понять «інновація», «інноваційний розвиток підприємства», «управління інноваційним розвитком підприємства». Систематизовано низку наукових підходів щодо класифікації інновацій. У другому розділі складено організаційно-управлінську характеристику торговельної компанії ТОВ «МЕТРО КЕШ ЕНД КЕРІ УКРАЇНА»; проведено економічний аналіз результатів діяльності торговельної компанії; проаналізовано управління інноваціями в торговельній компанії; розроблено пропозиції щодо удосконалення процесу управління інноваційним розвитком торговельної компанії. The main goal of the qualification (bachelor's) thesis is the development of theoretical and practical provisions regarding the management of innovative development of a trading company. The object of the study is the improvement of the process of managing the innovative development of a trading company. The subject of the study is theoretical and practical approaches to improving the process of managing the innovative development of a trading company. In the qualification (bachelor's) thesis: In the first chapter, the essence and features of the concepts "innovation", "innovative development of the enterprise", "management of innovative development of the enterprise" are comprehensively studied. A number of scientific approaches to the classification of innovations have been systematized.
