У ході проведеного дослідження розроблено концепцію стратегічного розвитку досліджуваного аграрного підприємства яка містить такі цілі стратегічного управління: підвищення ефективності і забезпечення розвитку діяльності аграрного підприємства; збільшення частки доходу аграрних підприємств у бюджеті області; забезпечення продовольчої безпеки. Доведено, що реалізація вказаних у концепції цілей сприятиме збалансованому використанню ресурсів та отриманню конкурентоздатної продукції, а своєчасний та об'єктивний контроль дозволить підвищити ефективність запланованих заходів. In the qualifying master's thesis, it is substantiated that the concept of the development of agricultural enterprises consists in the development of strategies and tactics of their behavior on the market. In the course of the conducted research, the concept of strategic development of the studied agrarian enterprise was developed, which contains the following goals of strategic management: increasing the efficiency and ensuring the development of the agrarian enterprise; increasing the share of income of agricultural enterprises in the regional budget; ensuring food security. It has been proven that the implementation of the goals specified in the concept will contribute to the balanced use of resources and the production of competitive products, and timely and objective control will increase the effectiveness of the planned measures. popup.nrat_date 2025-11-21 Close
