У роботі наводяться приклади закордонного та українського досвіду створення «зелених дахів». Описано методи озеленення даху та характерні особливості при проєктуванні різних видів покрівель. На основі аналізу кліматичних показників м. Харків підібрано асортимент рослин для озеленення даху та запропоновано агротехніку їх утримання. Запропоновано власне композиційне вирішення озеленення даху бізнес-центру «Elysium plasa». Візуалізацію виконано в програмі Realtime landscaping architect. Креслення виконано в програмі ARHICAD 2018. Розраховано кошторис проектних робіт. The qualification work is devoted to the creation of a greening project for the roof of the business center "Elysium Plasa" in the city of Kharkiv. The work provides examples of foreign and Ukrainian experience in creating "green roofs". Methods of greening the roof and characteristic features when designing various types of roofs are described. Based on the analysis of climatic indicators of the city of Kharkiv, an assortment of plants for greening the roof was selected and agrotechnics for their maintenance were proposed. Our own compositional solution 4 for greening the roof of the business center "Elysium plasa" is proposed. Visualization was performed in the Realtime landscaping architect program.
