Об’єктом дослідження є процес стратегічного управління компаніями. Предметом дослідження є теоретичні та практичні підходи щодо удосконалення стратегічного управління у торговельній компанії ТОВ «ЕКО». У кваліфікаційній (бакалаврській) роботі: У першому розділі вивчено передумови застосування системи стратегічного управління у підприємствах; всебічно вивчено сутність поняття «стратегія підприємства», охарактеризовано школи розробки стратегій. У другому розділі сформовано організаційно-управлінську характеристику торговельної компанії ТОВ «ЕКО»; проведено стратегічний аналіз зовнішнього середовища компанії; розроблено рекомендації щодо удосконалення стратегічного управління у торговельній компанії ТОВ «ЕКО». The main goal of the qualification (bachelor's) work is the development of theoretical and practical provisions regarding the improvement of strategic management of the company. The object of research is the process of strategic management of companies. The subject of the study is theoretical and practical approaches to the improvement of strategic management in the trading company "EKO" LLC. In the qualification (bachelor's) work: In the first chapter, the prerequisites for the application of the strategic management system in enterprises are studied; the essence of the concept of "enterprise strategy" is comprehensively studied, the schools of strategy development are characterized. In the second section, the organizational and management characteristics of the trading company "EKO" LLC are formed; a strategic analysis of the company's external environment was carried out; developed recommendations for improving strategic management in the trading company "EKO" LLC. popup.nrat_date 2025-11-21 Close
