Від того, наскільки вдало вона сформована, у які терміни вона затверджена значною мірою залежать ефективність діяльності та стратегія розвитку підприємства у тривалій перспективі. Дослідження питань формування облікової політики є досить нагальними, що обумовлює і актуальність обраної теми дослідження. На таку ситуацію впливають як відсутність достатнього практичного досвіду керування в ринкових умовах, так і недостатнє законодавче врегулювання цього питання, а також недостатнє вивчення з боку науковців цієї проблеми. Робота присвячена обґрунтуванню теоретичних, методичних та практичних аспектів формування облікової політики аграрних підприємств та виявленню шляхів її подальшого вдосконалення для забезпечення ефективного функціонування підприємств в сучасних умовах господарювання. How successfully it is formed and in what terms it is approved largely depends on the effectiveness of the activity and the strategy of the company's development in the long term. Research into the issues of accounting policy formation is quite urgent, which determines the relevance of the chosen research topic. This situation is influenced by the lack of sufficient practical management experience in market conditions, as well as insufficient legislative regulation of this issue, as well as insufficient study of this problem by scientists.
