Мета дослідження - дослідження теоретичних та практичних особливостей організації і технології надання послуг розміщення та дозвілля підприємств готельного господарства на прикладі готелю «Президент-готель». У I розділі було розглянуто теоретичні аспекти дослідження готельної анімації. У II розділі проведено аналіз діяльності готельного підприємства «Президент-готель», а саме: здійснено аналіз внутрішнього та зовнішнього середовища підприємства. У III розділі проведено дозвіллєвої діяльності в готелі «Президент- готель» та розроблено пропозиції по впровадженню дозвіллєвих інновацій. Здійснено економічне обґрунтування ефективності запропонованих дозвіллєвих заходів. Апробація результатів дослідження. Основні висновки, положення та результати дослідження були розглянуті і схвалені на кафедрі торгівлі, готельно-ресторанної та митної справи Державного біотехнологічного університету. The object of the study is the "President Hotel" hotel industry The subject of the study is the theoretical, methodical and practical principles of organizing animation services in the "President Hotel" hotel. The purpose of the study is to study the theoretical and practical features of the organization and technology of providing accommodation and leisure services of hotel enterprises using the example of the President Hotel. In сhapter I, the theoretical aspects of hotel animation research were considered. In the II section, an analysis of the activity of the hotel enterprise was carried out "President Hotel", namely: an analysis of the internal and external environment of the enterprise was carried out. In the III section, leisure activities were carried out in the hotel "President Hotel" and proposals for the introduction of leisure innovations were developed. An economic justification of the effectiveness of the proposed leisure activities was carried out. Approbation of research results.
