Предметом дослідження – теоретичні та практичні аспекти становлення іміджу та ділової репутації державного службовця. Наукова новизна дослідження полягає в одержанні наукових висновків щодо проблем формування позитивної ділової репутації та іміджу державних службовців і виявленні перспективних напрямів моделювання іміджу в сфері державної служби. У кваліфікаційній (магістерській) роботі: - в першому розділі досліджено науково-теоретичні основи дослідження іміджу та ділової репутації державних службовців; - в другому розділі проаналізовано сучасний стан формування іміджу та ділової репутації державних службовців; - в третьому розділі обґрунтовано напрями удосконалення іміджу та ділової репутації в сфері державної служби з урахуванням світових тенденцій. Висновки: практичне значення дослідження полягає в тому, що органи державної влади можуть використовувати їх для вирішення завдань щодо створення власного іміджу. Крім того, результати, отримані при написанні роботи, можуть служити основою для подальших наукових досліджень у сфері іміджелогії. The main goal of the qualification (master's) thesis is the theoretical substantiation and practical investigation of the formation of a positive image and business reputation in the field of public service. The object of the study is the process of forming a positive image and business reputation in the field of public service. The subject of the study is the theoretical and practical aspects of the formation of the image and business reputation of a public servant. The scientific novelty of the research lies in obtaining scientific conclusions regarding the problems of forming a positive business reputation and image of public servants and identifying prospective directions for modeling the image in the field of public service. In the qualification (master's) thesis: - the first chapter explores the scientific and theoretical foundations of researching the image and business reputation of public servants; - the second chapter analyzes the current state of the formation of the image and business reputation of public servants; - the third chapter substantiates the directions for improving the image and business reputation in the field of public service, taking into account global trends. Conclusions: The practical significance of the research lies in the fact that government authorities can use it to address tasks related to creating their own image.
