Об’єктом дослідження є процес управління організаційними змінами та розвитком у підприємствах. Предметом дослідження є теоретичні та практичні підходи до управління організаційними змінами та розвитком підприємства кавового бізнесу. У кваліфікаційній магістерській роботі: У першому розділі вивчено сутність понять «зміни», «організаційні зміни», «стратегічні організаційні зміни»; охарактеризовано наукові підходи до визначення сутності поняття «управління змінами»; сформовано методичні підходи до розробки бізнес-плану розвитку підприємства кавового бізнесу. У другому розділі проаналізовано стан кавового бізнесу в світі та в Україні, визначено позитивні та негативні тенденції його розвитку; проаналізовано кадрове забезпечення підприємств кавового бізнесу; проведено аналіз розвитку мережі кав’ярень «Community». У третьому розділі розроблено бізнес-план відкриття кав’ярні «City’s Soul», пропозиції щодо автоматизації управління організаційними змінами та розвитком у сучасних кав’ярнях, стратегію розвитку кав’ярні «City’s Soul». The main goal of the qualification (master's) work is the systematization of theoretical provisions and the development of practical recommendations for managing organizational changes and enterprise development. The object of research is the process of managing organizational changes and development in enterprises. The subject of the study is theoretical and practical approaches to the management of organizational changes and development of the coffee business enterprise. In the qualifying master's thesis: In the first chapter examines the essence of the concepts of "changes", "organizational changes", "strategic organizational changes"; scientific approaches to defining the essence of the concept of "change management" are characterized; methodical approaches to the development of a business plan for the development of a coffee business enterprise were formed. In the second chapter analyzes the state of the coffee business in the world and in Ukraine, identifies positive and negative trends in its development; staffing of coffee business enterprises was analyzed; an analysis of the development of the "Community" chain of coffee shops was carried out. In the third chapter, the business plan for opening the "City's Soul" coffee shop, proposals for automating the management of organizational changes and development in modern coffee shops, and the development strategy of the "City's Soul" coffee shop are developed. popup.nrat_date 2025-11-21 Close
