Збереження біорізноманіття порід сільськогосподарських тварин є глобальною проблемою, оскільки генофонд, представлений малочисельними, локальними та оборигенними породами знаходиться під постійним тиском порід промислового значення. Відзначається поступове витіснення цих порід з традиційних зон їх розведення шляхом застосування схрещування з більш продуктивними породами і типами, або ж фізична ліквідація поголів’я (забій) та заміна іншим, сучасними породами. У процесі зникненням аборигенних порід сільгосптварин втрачаються і цінні, притаманні їм господарсько-корисні ознаки, обумовлені тривалою еволюцією цих порід. У їх числі, перш за все відмінна пристосованість до господарсько-технологічних умов, стійкість до певних захворювань, унікальні якісні характеристики продукції. Робота присвячена дослідженню історії створення, поширення та особливостей продуктивності і якості продукції овець сокольської смушково-молочної породи, яка нині знаходиться на грані зникнення та потребує вживання заходів з її збереження. Preservation of biodiversity of agricultural animal breeds is a global problem, as the gene pool represented by small, local and indigenous breeds is under constant pressure from breeds of industrial importance. The gradual displacement of these breeds from their traditional areas of breeding through the use of crossbreeding with more productive breeds and types, or the physical elimination of livestock (slaughter) and replacement with other, modern breeds, is noted. In the process of the disappearance of aboriginal breeds of farm animals, valuable economic and useful characteristics characteristic of them, due to the long evolution of these breeds, are also lost. Among them, first of all, excellent adaptability to economic and technological conditions, resistance to certain diseases, unique quality characteristics of products. The work is dedicated to the study of the history of creation, distribution and features of productivity and product quality of sheep of the Sokol striped milk breed, which is currently on the verge of extinction and requires the use of measures to preserve it. popup.nrat_date 2025-11-21 Close
