Об’єктом дослідження кваліфікаційної роботи є процес удосконалення системи менеджменту закладів охорони здоров’я. Предметом дослідження є теоретико-методичні та практичні рекомендації щодо удосконалення системи менеджменту закладів охорони здоров’я на прикладі КНП «Міська поліклініка №5» ХМР. Кваліфікаційна робота складається зі вступу, трьох розділів, висновків, списку використаних джерел та додатків. У першому розділі досліджено основні теоретичні засади системи менеджменту підприємств. У другому розділі проаналізовано сучасний стан КНП «Міська поліклініка №5» Харківської міської ради та система менеджменту закладів охорони здоров’я Харківської області. У третьому розділі досліджено шляхи удосконалення процесу менеджменту КНП «Міська поліклініка №5» ХМР. Висновки. Комплексне планування діяльності медичних закладів забезпечує більший успіх у роботі, зменшує можливість конфліктів як у вирішенні важливих проблем, так і з пацієнтами, досягає економічної та соціальної безпеки. Враховано сучасні реформи охорони здоров’я, орієнтацію на населення і, як наслідок, новітні технології та досвід надання медичних послуг у розвинених країнах світу. The main goal of the qualification work is the systematization of theoretical and methodological and substantiation of practical recommendations on ways to improve the management system of health care institutions. The object of research of the qualification work is the process of improving the management system of health care institutions. The subject of the study is theoretical, methodological and practical recommendations for improving the management system of health care institutions, based on the example of the KNP "City Polyclinic No. 5" of the Khmer Republic. The qualification work consists of an introduction, three sections, conclusions, a list of used sources and appendices. In the first chapter, the main theoretical foundations of the enterprise management system are explored. The second chapter analyzes the current state of the KNP "City Polyclinic No. 5" of the Kharkiv City Council and the management system of health care institutions of the Kharkiv region. In the third chapter, the ways of improving the management process of the KNP "City Polyclinic No. 5" of the Kharkiv City Council were investigated. Conclusions. Comprehensive planning of the activities of medical institutions ensures greater success in work, reduces the possibility of conflicts both in solving important problems and with patients, and achieves economic and social security. Modern health care reforms, population orientation and, as a result, the latest technologies and experience in providing medical services in the developed countries of the world are taken into account. popup.nrat_date 2025-11-21 Close
