Об’єктом дослідження є впровадження сучасних міжнародних стандартів обслуговування в практичну діяльність ресторану «JAZZTER» В ході дослідження використано загальнонаукові та спеціальні методи. Для обґрунтування сучасних тенденцій впровадження міжнародних стандартів обслуговування в світі та Україні застосовано методи вибіркових спостережень, групування, графічний, системного аналізу та синтезу, а також економіко-статистичні та факторно-аналітичні методи аналізу. Теоретичну та методологічну основу кваліфікаційної роботи складають законодавчі акти України, монографії, наукові статті з даної проблематики вчених України та зарубіжжя. Інформаційною базою дослідження є дані фінансової та статистичної звітності, управлінського обліку ресторану «JAZZTER». Предметом дослідження кваліфікаційної роботи є визначення стратегій ресторанного господарства Методи дослідження, які були застосовані в роботі: – проаналізовано основні показники стратегічного управління підприємства. Це дало змогу, визначити слабкі сторони на підприємстві та визначити шляхи їх подолання; – запропонована методика оцінки стратегічного потенціалу і конкурентного статусу підприємства. The topicality of the topic is due to the fact that management as a complex system formation is connected with many variables when solving strategic issues of enterprise development. The object of the study is the implementation of modern international service standards in the practical activities of the restaurant "JAZZTER" In the course of the research, general scientific and special methods were used. To justify the current trends in the implementation of international service standards in the world and in Ukraine, the methods of selective observations, grouping, graphic, system analysis and synthesis, as well as economic-statistical and factor-analytical methods of analysis are used. The theoretical and methodological basis of the qualification work consists of legislative acts of Ukraine, monographs, scientific articles on this issue by scientists of Ukraine and abroad. The information base of the research is the data of financial and statistical reporting, management accounting of the JAZZTER restaurant. The subject of the research of the qualification work is the determination of the strategies of the restaurant industry. Research methods used in the work: – the main indicators of strategic management of the enterprise were analyzed.
