Грунтуючись на узагальненні думок науковців уточнено поняття «антикризове управління». Визначені три варіанти антикризового управління підприємством: активне управління, реактивне управління, інтерактивне управління. Результатом вивчення даного підходу стала пропозиція етапів реалізації з кожного з цих варіантів. З’ясовані особливості використання інформаційних технологій відповідно до типів антикризового управління. Надана характеристика інформаційно-інтелектуальної системи підтримки антикризового управління підприємством та обґрунтована доцільність її створення. Запропонована схема організації інтегрованої автоматизованої системи антикризового управління підприємством. На основ результатів аналізу інформаційних систем та інформаційних технологій управління ТОВ «МКС» визначені недоліки та запропоновано проект з удосконалення інформаційних систем та інформаційних технологій антикризового управління ТОВ «МКС». The proposed own vision of the concept of "crisis". Based on the generalization of the opinions of scientists, the concept of "anti-crisis management" was clarified. Three variants of anti-crisis management of the enterprise are defined: active management, reactive management, interactive management. The result of the study of this approach was the proposal of stages of implementation from each of these options. The peculiarities of the use of information technologies according to the types of anti-crisis management are clarified. The characteristics of the informational and intellectual system of support for the anti-crisis management of the enterprise and the justified feasibility of its creation are provided. The proposed organization scheme of the integrated automated system of anti-crisis management of the enterprise.
