Об’єктом дослідження є процес управління персоналом у підприємстві сфери послуг. Предметом дослідження є теоретичні та практичні підходи до процесу управління персоналом у комунальному підприємстві «Харківський метрополітен». У кваліфікаційній (бакалаврській) роботі: У першому розділі вивчено сутність понять «персонал», «людські ресурси», «управління персоналом», «управління людськими ресурсами»; систематизовано підходи щодо класифікації персоналу; вивчено традиційні та інноваційні методи управління персоналом у підприємствах. У другому розділі складено організаційно-управлінську характеристику комунального підприємства «Харківський метрополітен»; проаналізовано процес управління персоналом; визначено напрями удосконалення процесу управління персоналом у комунальному підприємстві. The main goal of the qualification (bachelor's) work is the development of theoretical and practical provisions regarding the improvement of the personnel management process in the enterprise of the service sector. The object of the study is the process of personnel management in the enterprise of the service sector. The subject of the study is theoretical and practical approaches to the process of personnel management in the communal enterprise "Kharkivskyi Metropoliten". In the qualification (bachelor's) work: In the first chapter, the essence of the concepts "personnel", "human resources", "personnel management", "human resources management" are studied; approaches to personnel classification are systematized; traditional and innovative methods of personnel management in enterprises are studied.
