Визначено, що у сучасних умовах реформування аграрного сектора економіки, коли господарства трансформувалися в приватны товариства, засновані на приватній і колективно-приватній власності на землю та майно, зріс інтерес до ефективного використання земельних ресурсів, збільшення поголів’я худоби та підвищення її продуктивності. Тому постає питання комплексного пошуку резервів збільшення обсягів виробництва продукції та зниження її собівартості. Одним із резервів збільшення виробництва яловичини має стати вирощування суперремонтних телиць, які не реалізуються на м’ясо з низькими ваговими нормами, але можуть використовуватися більш ефективно, отримуючи від них телят і вирощуючи їх на підсосах. Дослідженнями встановлено, що при продажу 39 грн за 1 кг живої ваги – виробництво яловичини в господарствах буде мало прибуткове, але якщо, реалізаційна ціна буду знаходитись на рівні 46-48 грн., то рентабельність виробництва яловичини в господарстві значно збільшується. Щоб вивести галузь яловичини із збитковості треба регулювати закупівельні ціни. In the final qualified paper, there was a justification of the technology of beef production in the conditions of farms of different forms of ownership. It was determined that in the modern conditions of reforming the agrarian sector of the economy, when farms were transformed into private companies based on private and collective-private ownership of land and property, there was an increased interest in the effective use of land resources, an increase in the number of livestock and an increase in their productivity. Therefore, the question arises of a comprehensive search for reserves to increase production volumes and reduce their cost price. One of the reserves for increasing beef production should be the breeding of superrepair heifers, which are not sold for meat with low weight standards, but can be used more efficiently by obtaining calves from them and growing them on suckers. Research has established that when selling UAH 39 per 1 kg of live weight, beef production in farms will be unprofitable, but if the selling price is at the level of UAH 46-48, then the profitability of beef production in the farm will increase significantly.
