Об’єктом дослідження є конфлікт інтересів на державній службі. Предметом дослідження даної теми є теоретико-методичні і практичні засади щодо запобігання та врегулювання конфлікту інтересів на державній службі. Наукова новизна результатів кваліфікаційної (магістерської) роботи полягає в уточненні поняття конфлікту інтересів на державній службі та розробці наукових рекомендацій щодо імплементації європейського досвіду регулювання конфлікту інтересів в Україні. У кваліфікаційній (магістерській) роботі: У першому розділі оглянуті теоретичні основи регулювання конфлікту інтересів на державній службі в Україні. У другому розділі досліджені заходи запобігання та врегулювання конфлікту інтересів на державній службі. У третьому розділі досліджено європейский досвід врегулювання конфлікту інтересів в зарубіжних країнах. Висновки щодо роботи, яка полягала у дослідженні управління продажами товарів і послуг у сегменті В2В. The main goal of the qualification (master's) work is the analysis of the European experience of conflict of interest settlement in the civil service and the possibility of its application in Ukraine. The object of the study is the conflict of interests in the public service. The subject of the study of this topic is the theoretical, methodological and practical principles for the settlement of the conflict of interests in the civil service. The scientific novelty of the results of the qualification (master's) work consists in the clarification of the concept of conflict of interest in the civil service and the development of scientific recommendations regarding the implementation of the European experience of conflict of interest regulation in Ukraine. In the qualification (master's) work: The first chapter reviews the theoretical foundations of conflict of interest regulation in the civil service in Ukraine. In the second chapter, measures to prevent and resolve conflicts of interest in the civil service are investigated. The third chapter examines the European experience of conflict of interest settlement in foreign countries.
