Це перша за значенням галузь м’ясного птахівництва. У більшості країн світу у структурі м’яса птиці, яке виробляється, м’ясо бройлерів становить 73-93 %. В сучасних умовах ведення птахівництва спостерігається інтенсивне збільшення виробництва м’яса птиці. Виконання цього можливо тільки за умови міцної кормової бази, здатної забезпечити організм птахів достатньою кількістю поживних речовин. Збільшення виробництва м’яса птиці тільки за рахунок впровадження інноваційних розробок технологічного характеру вкрай важко через високу інтенсифікацію галузі. Тому звертають увагу на вирішення питань оптимізації та вдосконалення організації нормованої годівлі птиці. Провідну роль у подальшому збільшенні ефективності виробництва продукції науковці та практики віддають розробці та запровадженню перспективних технологій годівлі товарної птиці. Previous and subsequent growth of poultry meat production in our country was and will be conditioned by the predominant development of the broiler industry. This is the first important branch of meat poultry farming. In most countries of the world, broiler meat makes up 73-93% of the poultry meat produced. In modern conditions of poultry farming, there is an intensive increase in the production of poultry meat. This can be done only if there is a strong fodder base capable of providing the birds with a sufficient amount of nutrients. Increasing the production of poultry meat only due to the introduction of innovative technological developments is extremely difficult due to the high intensification of the industry. Therefore, they pay attention to solving issues of optimization and improvement of the organization of standardized poultry feeding.
