Предметом дослідження є сукупність теоретичних методичних та практичних засад соціально-психологічних аспектів підвищення ефективності управлінської діяльності. Наукова новизна кваліфікаційної роботи: доповнено теоретико-методологічні основи соціально-психологічного забезпечення управлінської діяльності; розвинуто теоретичні положення щодо ролі керівника-лідера у створенні та розвитку соціально-психологічної підсистеми організації; набули подальшого розвитку дослідження теоретичних та практичних аспектів підвищення ефективності функціонування соціально-психологічної підсистеми управління підприємством У кваліфікаційній (магістерській) роботі: У першому розділі викладено теоретичні основи психологічних аспектів управління, зміст та значення соціально-психологічних методів управління. У другому розділі надано характеристику умов виробництва та рівня розвитку підприємства, досліджено взаємозв’язок між ефективністю діяльності підприємства та рівнем управлінням. У третьому розділі обґрунтовано пропозиції з соціально-психологічного забезпечення підвищення ефективності управлінської діяльності. Висновки. Ефективна управлінська діяльність неможлива без пізнання й використання соціальних та психологічних методів. За результатами дослідження найбільш використовуваними серед соціальних методів є використання сильної корпоративної культури та соціальне планування, а серед психологічних – гуманізація праці та методи психологічного мотиваційного спонукання The main purpose of the qualification (master's) work is to develop proposals for improving the socio-psychological subsystem of the enterprise, which contribute to improving the efficiency of management activities. The object of research is the socio-psychological aspects of the management activities of the enterprise. The subject of the study is a set of theoretical, methodological and practical principles of socio-psychological aspects of improving the efficiency of management activities. Scientific novelty of the qualification work: the theoretical and methodological foundations of socio-psychological support of management activities have been supplemented; theoretical positions on the role of the manager-leader in the creation and development of the socio-psychological subsystem of the organization have been developed; research on theoretical and practical aspects of improving the efficiency of the socio-psychological subsystem of enterprise management has been further developed. The qualification (master's) thesis: The first section outlines the theoretical foundations of psychological aspects of management, the content and importance of socio-psychological management methods. The second section describes the conditions of production and the level of development of the enterprise, the relationship between the efficiency of the enterprise and the level of management is investigated. The third section substantiates the proposals for socio-psychological support to improve the efficiency of management activities. Conclusions. Effective management activity is impossible without the knowledge and use of social and psychological methods.
