Було проаналізовано підходи до визначення сутності санації підприємств; досліджено теоретичні аспекти досудової санації підприємств; проаналізовано відмінні риси між судовою санацією досудовою санацією; досліджено основні показники діяльності об’єкту дослідження; охарактеризовано платоспроможність та фінансовий стан об’єкту дослідження; здійснено оцінку санаційної спроможності об’єкту дослідження; здійснено оцінку ймовірності банкрутства об’єкту дослідження; розроблені методичні рекомендації для розроблення плану досудової санації об’єкту дослідження; визначено напрями зміцнення фінансової стійкості досліджуваного підприємства; внесені пропозиції щодо підвищення ефективності управління досудовою санацією. Результати дослідження дозволяють сформувати рекомендацій щодо оцінки санаційної спроможності та управління досудовою санацією досліджуваного підприємства, для покращення його фінансового стану та підвищення ефективності діяльності. In the qualification work, an assessment of the remediation capacity and determination of approaches to the management of pre-trial remediation of economic entities in the agrarian industry were carried out. Approaches to determining the essence of enterprise rehabilitation were analyzed; the theoretical aspects of pre-trial rehabilitation of enterprises were investigated; the distinguishing features between judicial remediation and pre-trial remediation are analyzed; the main performance indicators of the research object were investigated; the solvency and financial condition of the research object are characterized; assessment of the rehabilitation capacity of the research object was carried out; an assessment of the probability of bankruptcy of the research object was carried out; developed methodological recommendations for the development of a plan for pre-trial rehabilitation of the research object; directions for strengthening the financial stability of the enterprise under study are determined; proposals were made to increase the efficiency of pre-trial remediation management. The results of the study make it possible to formulate recommendations for assessing the remediation capacity and managing the pre-trial remediation of the enterprise under investigation, in order to improve its financial condition and increase the efficiency of operations popup.nrat_date 2025-11-21 Close
