Об’єктом дослідження є процес управління розвитком торговельних компаній. Предметом дослідження є теоретичні та практичні підходи щодо удосконалення управління розвитком торговельної компанії ТОВ «Фора». У кваліфікаційній (бакалаврській) роботі: У першому розділі всебічно вивчено сутність понять «розвиток», «розвиток підприємства», «управління розвитком підприємства»; вивчено практичний досвід сучасних компаній щодо управління розвитком. У другому розділі сформовано організаційно-управлінську характеристику торговельної компанії ТОВ «Фора»; проведено економічний аналіз результатів діяльності ТОВ «Фора»; проведено стратегічний аналіз та визначено напрями розвитку торговельної компанії ТОВ «Фора». The main goal of the qualification (bachelor's) work is to improve the theoretical and practical provisions for managing the development of the trading company. The object of the study is the process of managing the development of trading companies. The subject of the study is theoretical and practical approaches to improving the development management of the trading company "Fora" LLC. In the qualification (bachelor's) work: In the first chapter, the essence of the concepts "development", "enterprise development", "enterprise development management" is comprehensively studied; the practical experience of modern companies regarding development management is studied.
