Об’єктом дослідження є процес розвитку гендерної політики в системі державного управління. Предметом дослідження – механізми та актуалізація застосування гендерної політики в системі державного управління. Наукова новизна дослідження полягає в опрацюванні інструментів та шляхів розвитку гендерної політики в системі державного управління, що вказують на необхідність зміни традиційних підходів до розробки та проведення державної соціальної політики, зокрема демографічної та сімейної, що пов’язано з модернізацією гендерних відносин у суспільстві, та зростанням активності жінок. У кваліфікаційній (магістерській) роботі: - в першому розділі досліджено теоретико-методологічні засади розвитку ґендерної політики; - в другому розділі проаналізовано сучасний стан та перспективи розвитку гендерної політики в системі державного управління; - в третьому розділі обґрунтовано напрями удосконалення гендерної політики в системі державного управління. Висновки: отримані в роботі результати можуть застосовуватись для підвищення професіоналізму державної служби та більш ефективного використання її кадрового потенціалу. Крім того, результати дослідження можуть служити основою для подальших наукових напрацювань у сфері розвитку гендерної політики в системі державного управління. The main goal of the master's thesis is to study the peculiarities of the development of gender policy in the system of public administration and justify ways to intensify it. The research object is the process of developing gender policy in the system of public administration. The research subject is the mechanisms and actualization of the application of gender policy in the system of public administration. The scientific novelty of the research lies in the analysis of tools and approaches for the development of gender policy in the system of public administration, indicating the need to change traditional approaches to the development and implementation of state social policies, including demographic and family policies. This is related to the modernization of gender relations in society and the increasing activity of women. In the master's thesis: - the first section explores the theoretical and methodological foundations of the development of gender policy; - the second section analyzes the current state and prospects of the development of gender policy in the system of public administration; - the third section justifies the directions for improving gender policy in the system of public administration. Conclusions: the results obtained in the thesis can be applied to enhance the professionalism of public service and more effectively utilize its human resources.
